Job Description

Who We Are Looking For:
- Someone who wants to work a few hours on the weekends
- We have a dishwashing machine (so this is not all by hand).
- Someone who can be reliable and work independently to be an essential part of our team.
Pay Type:
- Starting at $14.00 an hour commensurate with experience and availability
Position Type:
- Part-Time
- Shifts are: 2:00 PM-10 PM Thursdays 2 PM- 11:00 PM Fridays & Saturdays
- Our Store Hours Are - Monday-Thursday 6:30 AM - 9:00 PM Friday & Saturday 6:30 AM - 9:00 PM (Drive thru till 10 PM)

Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 or older
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work at a quick yet efficient and thorough pace
- Team-oriented adaptable dependable and strong work ethic
- Positive attitude coachable
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Ability to hear conversations (telephone or in-person)
Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes for the afternoon and evening dayparts on weekends
- Be knowledgeable of the assignments for back-of-house stations including fries breading assembling boards and food prep
- Prepare cold individual and catering menu items
- Stock BOH inventory as needed
- Keep the kitchen neat clean and orderly at all times
- Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A corporate
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Manager
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
- Complete all closing tasks as assigned
