Summary: Under immediate supervision performs both routine and heavy physical work in construction maintenance and cleaning and provides assistance to skilled trades and craft workers pertaining to their designated trade for commercial jobsites.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Performs all aspects of manual labor including but not limited to:

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add subtract multiply and divide.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Certificates Licenses Registrations
Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle is essential as daily field work changes frequently.
Other Skills and Abilities: Ability to read and use a tape measure is helpful.
