Job Description
MHMR is looking for a passionate and dedicated ICF Residential Home Manager join our team.
The ICF Home Manager is a direct care position responsible for the health safety and well-being of residents in ICF group homes. This role involves active participation in the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) facilitating person-centered supports including choice and control daily living skills and community integration. The manager assists in needs assessment and training program development oversees day-to-day operations maintains a safe living environment and provides leadership and supervision to Residential Trainers.

Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED
Preferences: Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and nationally recognized DSP certification.
Substitutions: Bachelors Degree with two (2) years experience in the field and one (1) year supervisory experience.
Years Experience: Four (4) years
Defined Experience: Health and Human services field
License/Certifications: Valid Texas Drivers License
Supervisory Experience: Three (3) years
