Are you an experienced professional and effective administrator looking for a new challenge in a welcoming and inclusive environment The Governing Board is seeking a dedicated and effective Administration Manager to join our team.
Closing Date: 9 am 4th July 2025
Interview Date: 9th July 2025
Required Start Date: 1stSeptember 2025
Contract: Permanent 39 weeks term time only
Hours: 28 hours per week to be worked from 8.30 2 pm Monday Friday and one morning start of 8 am. This is a part time permanent role with the possibility of becoming 37 hours per week in due course as the schools needs evolve. Please note all annual leave must be taken during school holidays.

As an Ofsted Good inclusive and Catholic school we are proud to serve our diverse community of 357 pupils. We are looking for someone who will be central to our busy business team ensuring the smooth running of administrative functions and supporting our mission to provide the very best for our children. This is a part time permanent role with the possibility of becoming full time in due course as the schools needs evolve.
School administration experience is highly desirable with experience in Arbor Tucasi and Oracle Fusion however candidates with the right experience skills and qualities for the role are very welcome. We require all applicants to have English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 6.0 with no component score below 5.5 as well as English and Maths GCSE Grade 5 or above.
