What You Will Do:
As an Automation and Innovation Managing Consultant you will be a member of our Healthcare Innovation practice and part of a team
responsible for solving the most complex and strategic issues faced by hospitals health systems and medical groups.

Typically Automation and Innovation Consultants work on multiple assignments at any given time and receive exposure to a broad range of healthcare projects
including strategic planning healthcare reform readiness physician/hospital integration financial /risk modeling and merger and acquisition
design.

Responsibilities would include:
Direct seasoned consultants in developing project approach strategies and work plans.
Perform detailed quantitative analysis; build Excel models; and prepare operational and financial projections.
Conduct stakeholder interviews.
Supply data and/or quantitative info. that develops project findings and recommendations.
Prepare project materials and reports.
Lead larger teams related to engagement delivery and take the lead on presentation of final deliverables that go to client sponsors.
Assist in design and implementation of recommended solutions.
Work with several project teams and Guidehouse Associate Directors and Executives.
Effectively communicate with Guidehouse management and client staff.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelors degree
• 5 years of prior consulting or related business experience in healthcare technology innovation and automation
• Experience developing analytical models and structuring methodologies
• Experience performing diagnostic analytical and quantitative tasks
• Demonstrated management of work streams or deliverables
• Ability to demonstrate advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office Suite expertise; specifically Excel
• Ability to travel 75% or more

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Bachelors degree in business administration or health-related field
• Masters degree from accredited university in business or health-related field preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Significant knowledge of the healthcare industry
• Track record of strong client service
• Proven track record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects
• Additional qualifications include efficiency flexibility innovative problem-solving skills a high level of motivation and excellent organizational skills. Must be able to work well independently and within team structures.
• Financial modeling/planning skills a Plus
