Head Coach

• Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with the Studio Manager and Owners to ensure the overall success and growth of the studio.
• Build and Develop a Team: Hire mentor and develop a dynamic team of fitness professionals fostering a positive and energetic coaching environment.
• Lead the In-Studio Experience: Ensure consistent execution of engaging energetic and results-driven member experiences delivering a minimum of 15 classes per week.
• Handle Administrative Duties: Perform administrative tasks for up to 15 hours per week to support studio operations.
• Stay Actively Involved: Take part in at least one class per week to support guide and lead by example for your team of coaches.
• Create Member Connections: Build meaningful relationships with members fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
• Master Exercise & Equipment Usage: Demonstrate proficiency with all exercises and equipment used in the studio ensuring coaches and members are trained and confident in its application and understand alternative options.
• Performance Oversight: Analyze results oversee team performance and guide coaches in helping members set and achieve their personal health and fitness goals.

• Currently fitness certified from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness.
  • ACE ACSM ISSA NASM NSCA
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current AED/CPR certification
• Have a functional understanding of strength and heart rate-based training
• Have a desire for growing your career in the fitness industry
• Experience coaching either in a personal or group fitness setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

About Us

Orangetheory is a science-based full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class led by a highly trained and certified coach members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
