Job Description

Sales Representative (Lawyer/Paralegal targets)

Working Hours: Flexible with some overlap required with US EST business hours.

Salary Range: $500$10 USD/call coordinated COMMISSION - starting salary

Key Responsibilities:

  • After being onboarded must be able to sell to paralegals and lawyers within the United States enough so to schedule sales calls on behalf of (owner). This role is for a sales rep/meeting scheduler.
  • Conduct outreach to 350 contacts a week and engage in meaningful conversations with attorneys to identify their needs and present appropriate solutions with the goal of scheduling (remote) calls/appointments with Deputy Director of Investigations.
  • Utilize CRM software and/or Google Docs as well as Microsoft Outlook email to track interactions manage sales pipelines and ensure follow-ups.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the client s market presence in the United States.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in both English and the relevant local language.
  • Communicate effectively with the Lauth team so as to ensure they re fully aware of the status of all calls performed and their outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and at least one additional language relevant to the Latin American market (Spanish or Portuguese).
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales particularly in a corporate context.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Other Preferences:
  • Understanding of the overall corporate world and the roles and responsibilities of Human Resources within an organization.
  • Experience in a bilingual sales environment.

Bonus:

  • Experience selling to and communicating with HR (human resources) directors or associates.
