Sales Representative (Lawyer/Paralegal targets)
Working Hours: Flexible with some overlap required with US EST business hours.
Salary Range: $500$10 USD/call coordinated COMMISSION - starting salary
Key Responsibilities:
- After being onboarded must be able to sell to paralegals and lawyers within the United States enough so to schedule sales calls on behalf of (owner). This role is for a sales rep/meeting scheduler.
- Conduct outreach to 350 contacts a week and engage in meaningful conversations with attorneys to identify their needs and present appropriate solutions with the goal of scheduling (remote) calls/appointments with Deputy Director of Investigations.
- Utilize CRM software and/or Google Docs as well as Microsoft Outlook email to track interactions manage sales pipelines and ensure follow-ups.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the client s market presence in the United States.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in both English and the relevant local language.
- Communicate effectively with the Lauth team so as to ensure they re fully aware of the status of all calls performed and their outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and at least one additional language relevant to the Latin American market (Spanish or Portuguese).
- Experience: Previous experience in sales particularly in a corporate context.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Understanding of the overall corporate world and the roles and responsibilities of Human Resources within an organization.
- Experience in a bilingual sales environment.
