Job Description: Customer Service Specialist
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a highly successful organization experiencing rapid growth and significant success. This organization specializes in designing installing and servicing specialized machinery within the manufacturing sector.
In this role you will work in a hybrid model with 3 days in the Richmond office and 2 days from home. You will have some exposure to SAP and ideally you will have worked in an industrial company previously. The position requires a genuine interest in working with manufacturing companies and handling inbound calls from customers. You will serve as a customer service representative and administrative expert in support of the after-service activities.

Required Qualifications:
- Exposure to SAP
- Ability to work in a hybrid model 3 days in Richmond office 2 days at home; Monday to Friday 8 AM - 5 PM)
- Interest in handling inbound calls and interacting daily with customers and internal technicians
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in verbal and written English
- Computer literacy and ability to input data into the system
- Legally entitled to work for any employer in Canada
- 2 COVID vaccinations
- Ability to pass a background check
