Asset Manager - Renewable Energy

An opportunity has opened for an experienced Asset Manager to join a growing renewables team, supporting the technical and commercial success of operational wind and solar (PV) assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the commercial performance of assigned operational renewable assets (Wind/PV)
• Deliver clear, accurate reports and presentations to stakeholders including investors, lenders, and senior management
• Manage and track budgets, including variance analysis and financial reporting
• Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to monitor and optimise asset performance
• Lead contract management and support negotiations
• Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare necessary reports for authorities

Requirements:

• A degree in a commercial, financial, or technical discipline
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a commercial or financial role
• Solid understanding of profit and loss management
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Effective communication skills to present technical and commercial information clearly
• Ability to build strong working relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian
