We are currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Cashier to join our team in Tampa FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling transactions accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional service to our customers. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment that reflects the values of Messa Sync.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist with purchases in a professional and friendly manner
Operate cash registers handle cash credit and debit transactions
Maintain an organized clean and fully stocked checkout area
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as needed
Follow company procedures for refunds exchanges and other transactions
Assist in inventory checks and product restocking when needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred
Basic math and computer skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
