Messa Sync is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our Tampa FL team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day operations in our warehouse including receiving storing and distributing materials. This is a full-time role ideal for individuals who value teamwork and a structured work environment.
Responsibilities
Receive and process incoming stock and materials
Pick and fill orders from stock
Pack and ship orders accurately
Organize and maintain inventory
Operate warehouse equipment (e.g. pallet jacks forklifts) safely and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
Assist with regular inventory counts
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic math and reading skills
Familiarity with inventory software and warehouse systems is a plus
Reliable punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team
