Job Description
Beloform is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our growing team. This role supports the sales department by handling administrative tasks coordinating with clients and ensuring a seamless sales process from start to finish. The ideal candidate is proactive organized and has excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in managing schedules meetings and client communications
Process orders prepare quotes and follow up with customers
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
Coordinate between internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services
Provide excellent service to prospective and existing clients
Support sales presentations and generate reports for analysis
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales administrative or customer service role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook)
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
