Job Description
Description of the role:
University Home Care is seeking dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team in Riverview MI. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for providing assistance to patients in their homes helping them with daily tasks and personal care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Monitor patient health and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Help patients with personal care such as bathing and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
Requirements:
- Two forms of ids and own transportation
- Compassionate and patient-oriented
- Able to lift if necessary
- Good communication skills
