We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Enablement Systems Specialist to support the administration communication and training efforts for our internal platforms including Seismic and Salesforce. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology user experience and enablement. You will play a key role in ensuring our teams have the tools content and knowledge they need to succeed.
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule which means theres an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
Must live in Georgia will be onsite 3 days out of the week.
- Manage and maintain the Seismic content management system including user access content updates and system configurations.
- Support Salesforce communication efforts by coordinating updates announcements and user engagement strategies.
- Monitor platform usage and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate with technical support teams as needed.
- Develop and distribute internal communications related to platform updates best practices and new features.
- Create and deliver training materials such as user guides video tutorials and live sessions.
- Serve as a point of contact for user questions and feedback ensuring timely and effective support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training and communication with business goals.
- 2 years of experience with Seismic Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience creating training content and delivering user support.
- Familiarity with CRM systems content management and user adoption strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Certifications in Seismic Salesforce or related platforms.
- Background in sales enablement IT support or business operations.
- Understanding of change management and adult learning principles.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package including incentive and recognition programs equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $60435.00 - $71100.00 - $78210.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
