Description of the role:
We are looking for a dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team at University Home Care in Southgate MI. As a Personal Care Assistant you will be responsible for providing daily living assistance to individuals in need. This role requires compassion patience and a genuine desire to help others.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting individuals with personal care tasks
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication Reminders
- Monitoring and reporting changes in the individuals health and behavior
Requirements:
- Own transportation and two forms of ids
- Compassionate and caring nature
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Excellent communication skills
