The 2025 year sees the business expand its Remanufacturing team and we seek trade qualified and experienced Mechanical Fitters for our Para Hills West manufacturing facility on Afternoon Shift. Core hours of work on Afternoon shift is 2pm to 10 pm Monday to Friday.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Group Leader Remanufacturing you will be responsible for the provision of safe efficient and compliant inspection repair and overhaul services to capital equipment components in the remanufacturing facility.

Skills and Duties:
With an immediate start available you will be required to:
- Work on Afternoon Shift (Hours: 2pm til 10pm M-F)
- Inspect components for conformity with established standards
- Request required spare parts
- Operate workshop equipment including mobile lifting equipment
- Rebuild repair maintain and overhaul mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic components
- Perform basic welding and fabrication tasks
- Training other team members on the job
Essential Requirements:
- Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical)
- Current drivers licence (C class minimum).
- High Risk Licences including LF DG EWP
- Large excavator/haul truck and mining equipment experience is well regarded
- And most importantly demonstrate a commitment to workplace safety and the safety of your co-workers!
Those candidates successful in progressing past interview stage will be required to undergo a Pre-employment process including National Police Clearance and Medical Screening which includes drug and alcohol testing.
