Job Description
Must have a Secret Security Clearance.
Education and Experience:
This position requires a bachelors degree and a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
Functional Duties:
This individual will perform financial accounting training and documentation tasks including:
Documentation and Maintenance:
- Maintain all relevant assessable unit information including Process Cycle Memorandums (PCMs) Control Evaluation Matrices (CEMs) test results Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and KSDs.
- Research prepare and upload audit documents and Key Supporting Documents (KSDs) in response to auditor requests.
- Monitor the Audit Response Tool (ART) and Site Visit Tool (SVT) for taskings and assign them to the appropriate POCs.
- Create desk procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for continuity purposes.
Training and Development:
- Work with personnel to identify knowledge gaps.
- Develop and provide training to government and contractor personnel on tasks related to audit support.
- Assist in training the IPA on specific business processes and the use of audit tools.
