We perform preventative and reactive maintenance on a variety of electromechanical equipment inside big box retail stores. With over 28 years of experience servicing over 1500 stores across the US our full certified technicians provide our customers with support and repair solutions designed to extend the life of their equipment reducing down time and minimizing the impact of our customers bottom line.

GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:

The position of Field Service Maintenance Technician provides preventative and reactive maintenance services within the target city and surrounding areas. The equipment includes but is not limited to paint shaker devices blind cutting machines mobility carts cutters wood saws tile saws wire and carpet carousels.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures on equipment and then providing a solution
  • Performing preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Use hand and power tools to assemble disassemble and repair machines
  • Respond to on-site preventative maintenance service calls within contract time frames
  • Communicate effectively with customers supervisor and coworkers

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with electromechanical equipment
  • Ability to read schematics
  • Valid drivers license with clean driving record
