Job Description
Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a Hardware Insertion Machine Operator for a long term day shift position with a metal manufacturer in Beaverton OR. The person in this position will set up and operate hardware machines to install components.
Pay: $22-$23/hr
Machine Operator Responsibilities:
Set-up and operate all models of hardware machines efficiently and accurately according to job requirements.
Set-up and operate autofeed tooling to ensure continuous and efficient hardware installation.
Read and interpret blueprints to determine correct hardware installation locations and specifications.
Maintain accurate count of installed hardware and complete necessary paperwork related to inventory and production.
Perform regular maintenance on hardware machines to ensure optimal performance. Keep the work area clean and organized.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
Industrial machine operation experience
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints accurately.
Effective verbal and written communication skills to communicate with team members and follow instructions.
Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations required for measurements and inventory management.
Ability to manage time efficiently follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
