Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a personable and detail-oriented Guest Relations Coordinator to join our growing team! This role is essential in ensuring that residents and their guests feel comfortable informed and supported during their time at our facility. Success in this role requires exceptional communication a friendly demeanor and the ability to anticipate and meet the needs of residents and their families.
Your Impact as a Guest Relations Coordinator
In this role you will:
- Welcome New Residents: Accompany residents to their rooms upon admission and assist with unpacking and room setup.
- Provide Comfort: Offer water snacks meals (per nurse approval) extra blankets pillows and other comfort items as needed.
- Facility Orientation: Introduce residents and guests to facility amenities including phone and TV use menus activities and the beauty shop.
- Host Facility Tours: Conduct tours for guests and family members highlighting available amenities and services.
- Coordinate Dining and Events: Assist in arranging guest meals setting up private dining rooms and coordinating family events or gatherings.
- Activity Assistance: Help residents get to activities and assist with self-initiated or in-room activities as requested.
- Provide Daily Support: Make daily rounds to ensure resident comfort and address any needs promptly.
- Engage Visitors: Greet visitors warmly remember their names and provide exceptional hospitality.
- Collaborate with Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure residents and guests needs are met.
- Discharge Assistance: Support residents during discharge by assisting with packing carrying belongings and answering any final questions.
- Follow-Up Care: Make follow-up calls to residents after discharge to ensure they arrived home safely and their needs were met.

- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with residents families and staff.
- Is proactive and able to anticipate and meet resident and guest needs.
- Demonstrates a friendly and welcoming demeanor with attention to detail.
- Is organized and able to coordinate activities events and schedules efficiently.
- Has previous experience in customer service hospitality or healthcare-related roles (preferred but not required).
