The Parts Counter person
We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Parts Counterperson to join our team at LeValley Chevrolet GMC in Benton Harbor MI. As an Automotive Parts Counterperson you will play a crucial role in assisting Technicians and customers with their automotive parts needs while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting Technicians in searching and filling parts requests
- Providing support and assistance to retail customers with parts inquiries
- Maintaining accurate records of parts transactions
- Keeping parts inventory organized and up-to-date
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive parts lookup and sales
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and parts catalog software
