Heart Failure Cardiologist

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a BC/BE Heart Failure Cardiologist to join our team of experienced Heart Failure physicians at Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity to become a member of the expanding network. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical and strong communication skills with a commitment to outstanding patient care.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Join a valued and successful team of CHF physicians with extensive experience in managing LVAD PAH ECMO and pVAD patients including strong collaboration with academic centers for patients requiring transplants.
- Collaborate with a dynamic network of experienced physicians specialists and support staff who foster a culture of collaboration with strong clinical support.
- Eligibility for faculty appointment to the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine.

Requirements Include:
- Previous experience in managing both inpatient and outpatient heart failure services at a large tertiary care medical center
- M.D./D.O. degree from a recognized Medical or Osteopathic School
- Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Obtain or have the ability to obtain a New Jersey Medical License

Internal Equity: Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the specialty and/or sub-specialty.
Budget and Grant Funding: Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered.
In addition to our compensation for full-time and part-time (20 hours/week) positions HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package including health dental vision tuition reimbursement and retirement benefits. The final compensation and benefits package will be discussed during the interview process.
