The Role:
Provide dedicated secretarial support to family/matrimonial solicitors
Prepare legal documentation including divorce petitions affidavits court bundles and correspondence
Handle confidential client communication and maintain detailed file notes
Audio typing/digital dictation and accurate document production
Diary management court listings and booking counsel or experts
Liaise with courts social services and third parties
Ensure discretion and professionalism in dealing with sensitive family issues
The Person What Were Looking For
Legal secretarial experience in a matrimonial or family law setting
Strong typing skills (audio/digital dictation essential)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Confident managing emotionally sensitive matters and distressed clients
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Experience using legal case management systems
Reliable and able to work independently and within a team
