About The Role:
We are looking for a Creative Strategist Intern based in Paris with strong creative instincts strategic thinking and a genuine passion for building standout brand partnerships. Working closely with the Senior Creative Strategist as well as the Sales and Creative Solutions teams they will help develop innovative insight-led responses to client briefs. From identifying the key insight that positions Fever as the ideal partner to shaping the overarching creative platform the intern will play an active role in crafting bold campaignable ideas that align with client objectives and drive tangible results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Senior Creative Strategist to ensure the responses fit within the larger company strategy and clearly demonstrate the benefit of working with Fever as a partner.
- Support the production of compelling brief responses for brand partnerships that sell a vision with a clear narrative and strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
- Help define the creative platforms that serve as the foundation for big ideas grounded in audience insight trend analysis and cultural relevance
- Track and analyze market and cultural trends identifying strategic opportunities that enrich our pitches and proposals for the Brand Partnerships division clients.
- Showcase Fevers 360 ecosystem and demonstrate how we can activate partnerships across our owned channels.
- Write informative and engaging case studies that showcase key campaigns.
- Attend key client meetings and pitches.
- Work closely with the Data and Growth teams to analyze audience insights and extract relevant findings to support strategic recommendations.
- Provide a creative steer to the Creative Solutions team and ensure the strategy is pulled through their ideas and is realized to a high standard.
- Collaborate with Sales to identify new product opportunities.
About you:
- Currently studying in a leading communication advertising or business school (Masters level preferred) with a solid understanding of the digital media and event ecosystems.
- Previous internship experience in a creative agency media agency or brand-side strategy/creative team.
- Strong proficiency in building slide decks and crafting persuasive written proposals. You know how to turn complex ideas into clear impactful storytelling.
- Ability to develop insight-led brand partnership concepts that resonate with culture trends and audience behaviors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - confident in presenting ideas both internally and externally.
- An entrepreneurial can-do attitude.
- A Self-starter and comfortable in ambiguity - working through things for the first time.
- Ability to think creatively and make data-driven decisions in partnership with the team.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
