Job Description
What you will do:
This role is ideal for someone with 23 years of fashion PR and showroom experience who thrives in a collaborative fast-moving environment. You will be managing day-to-day showroom operations and supporting the PR team with logistcs and media activities.
- Maintain showroom organization visual presentation and sample condition.
- Coordinate all aspects of press sample trafficking including inventory management send-outs and returns.
- Support our PR team in talent seedings shipments and reporting and be responsible of all tracking reports and logistics.
- Support in planning and executing PR meetings press days events and fashion week activations.
- Be responsible for press monitoring and prepare management-facing reports.
What you will bring:
- 23 years of experience in a service minded industry in a coordinating and operating role.
- Interest in hospitality lifetsyle fashion and media.
- Good in handling Microsoft Office/Google Suite and database systems (e.g. Lefty Launchmetrics).
- Exceptional organization and multitasking skills very self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team.
- Attention to detail and a hands-on mentality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.
- Must be based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
