Job Description
Bread Baker- Over Night
Responsibilities:
- Assist Baker team in all levels of project execution including but not limited to planning production clean-up etc.
- Properly time and prepare mixes for production to ensure continuous flow of operations (Raw materials to depositing to baking to baking to packing).
- Proficient communication skills
- EXPERIENCE baking shaping mixing artisan and breads with natural leavening
- An entrepreneurial spirit
- Attention-to-detail and precision - An individual who is a keen observer.
- Proficiency in math and analytics for recipe conversion and execution
- The ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ideally adept in using commercial bakery equipment such as spiral mixers convection and deck ovens proffers retarders and dough dividers.
- Understanding of food safety practice
- Flexibility to work late night and early morning shifts shifts typically begin at 10:00pm
