Job Description
Grants Pass School District No. 7 is now accepting applications for the following position for the 2025-2026 school year:
Grants Pass School District 7
Behavior Improvement Specialist - TOSA
- Experience with Behavior Intervention required.
- Work involves advising and leading our elementary schools in the systems of behavior planning modification and training.
- Will work closely with building administrators BISs Learning/Calming Center staff classroom teachers and support staff as well as district office staff.
- Will develop training for employees on the best practices of teaching behavior expectations and following behavior plans.
- Excellent communication skills needed.
- This position reports to the Director of Personalized Learning.
- Bilingual and bi-literate in Spanish preferred.
A valid Oregon Teaching License with proper endorsement
or psychologist license is required.
Salary range: $53339-$94166
(Salary based on 2024-2025 salary schedulesalary schedule to be determined)
