Job Description
- Provide a rigorous standards driven curriculum to a diverse group of students with ongoing monitoring to ensure all students meet high levels of academic achievement.
- Implement district learning goals and objectives using appropriate curriculum; implement research-based district curriculum that challenges student learning; develop student capacity to think and investigate.
- Demonstrate a commitment to excellence equity and high expectations for all students with an emphasis on building on the strengths that students bring to the teaching/learning process
- Close the achievement gap between subgroups within the school.
- Model professional behavior that addresses job responsibilities district policies and procedures and the expectations of professionals working in a multi-lingual multi-cultural and economically diverse community.
- Build and maintain safe fair and respectful learning environments that celebrate the diversity of the student population
- Salary commensurate with education and teaching experience.
