Sales & Marketing Assistant Youve been looking for us!

About the Community:
Glenaire is an accredited Presbyterian-sponsored continuing care retirement community (CCRC) for seniors located in Cary N.C. Cary is a unique city that has been ranked by Money Magazine as one of the Best Small Cities in America in which to live. Cary is located in the Research Triangle Park (RTP) area of North Carolina close to Raleigh Durham and Chapel offers a full continuum of care on the premises featuring all private accommodations in our Independent Living Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing.

Requirements:
  • Must enjoy working with an older adult population
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with potential residents community members and team members
  • Must be able to function well within and enjoy a team environment
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks at once and switch gears seamlessly
  • Proficient computer skills including software such as Word and Excel
  • High School Diploma required and 6-12 months related experience preferred
  • Customer relations management software experience desired
  • Experience with event planning a plus!
Responsibilities:
  • Will assist and support in developing and maintaining Residents of the Future
  • Help to manage the sales team calendar of events and appointments
  • May provide community tours
  • Organizes completion of paperwork and entry into the system
  • Assists new residents leading up to and during move-in
  • Assist in planning and hosting Resident of the Future events
  • Works under the supervision of the Executive Director reports directly to the Sales Director
