cocktails and salty vibes for over 40 years. Rooted in the community we host several events each year from fishing and

Job Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations and team development
- Lead daily FOH and BOH functions with a focus on guest satisfaction cleanliness and service excellence
- Collaborate with department leaders to hire train and retain top-tier talent
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance evaluations for hourly staff and junior managers
- Cultivate a results-driven team culture that reflects The Coves brand and hospitality standards
- Oversee cost controls and financial performance including labor COGS and controllable expenses
- Actively participate in community initiatives and represent The Cove at local events
- Serve as a key communicator between staff leadership and corporate support
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations as well as internal policies
