Qualifications of an ideal Independent Living Hospitality Director:
- Combination of education and/or experience working with Seniors
- 2-3 years of experience in Senior Living as an Assistant Executive Director or Business Office Director
Independent Living HospitalityDirector Job Summary:
Independent Living Hospitality Director is the department head responsible for overseeing services for Independent Living residents and associates serving as the primary leader for the Independent Living neighborhood.
- Implement mission vision and goals of the organization upholding and promoting company culture and vision.
- Plan implement coordinate and evaluate the provision of high-quality policies services and programs needed and/or desired by the IL Residents.
- Maintain Resident satisfaction through ongoing solicitation and measurement of Resident feedback through various platforms.
- Take the initiative to actively plan develop and implement expansion and/or innovation in program services.
- Manage and address the communities first Impressions including completing the First Impressions Tool according to standards.
- Direct supervision of Concierges
- Cross-functional support of the housekeepers and life engagement associates serving Independent Living
- Cross-functional support of IL Life Engagement & Transportation Programs in collaboration with the LED
