Overview:
To drive the evolution of Data Enablement and AI capabilities within the businesses and to our customers in order to increase growth in orders and increased customer satisfaction. This role will sit within the UK CortAIX Factory organisation in the UK supporting the design development of AI technologies for use in the military and civilian ecosystems.
The Business Analyst is a role within the CortAIx UK Factory that forms part of the growing data and AI technologies industrialisation and delivery to Thales UK customers. The analyst will look to identify opportunities within the projects programmes and products and translate the customer needs/expectations into deliverables that the CortAIx Engineering team will deliver against.
This role requires a hands-on person who will drive the creation/use of conceptual and logical data/AI models and work with functions to understand existing ways of working and define products or changes to help improve performance
The role requires individuals who are able to assess describe and document both the current and future state of processes data models and tool integration. Discovering validating documenting and communicating through modelling simulating and analysing.
The analyst will have a focus on the military front lines commands the technology they employ and will be critical to the enhancements and delivery of data and AI technologies across Thales UK.

This role will require SC Clearance. It would be advantageous if currently held however if not currently held it is a requirement that the successful applicant will undergo achieve and maintain SC Clearance. Please visit the UKSV website for further guidance.
To be eligible for full SC you generally need to have resided in the UK for the last 5 years. In some circumstances a minimum of 3 years residence in the UK over the last 5 years may be accepted with additional overseas checks.
