PHYSICIAN FAMILY MEDICINE MIT Health to deliver high-quality patient-centered primary care within a collaborative team-based care model; will conduct comprehensive health assessments through patient interviews and physical examinations synthesizing clinical findings to determine diagnoses and create personalized care plans; lead the implementation and evaluation of treatment strategies tailored to each patients age and needs ensuring continuity of care and optimal health outcomes; will direct patient care actively engage in health education preventive counseling and community outreach initiatives; work in close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams across MIT Health and the broader MIT community to promote wellness and advance a culture of holistic inclusive healthcare.
Job Requirements
REQUIRED: MD or DO from an accredited medical school; Completion of a Family Medicine residency program with an accredited US institution; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine; Current provider card in Basic Life Support (BLS); Valid MA license MA CSR and Federal DEA. PREFERRED:Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Job #25015-14
Salary range: $230000 - $260000 final salary determined by MITs compensation team based on the skills and experience of the person hired
