Pay: $17.61 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time In-Person
Schedule: Monday Friday 8am 5pm

What Youll Be Doing:
As our Human Resources Clerk youll be a key part of our high-impact HR team gaining exposure to the full employee lifecycle:
- Recruitment: Screen applications coordinate interviews and assist with reference and background checks
- Onboarding: Help welcome new employees through orientation setup paperwork and scheduling
- Recordkeeping: Maintain digital and paper employee files track licensure renewals and credentialing info
- HR Support: Answer phone calls manage office supplies and assist with daily operations
- Compliance & Coordination: Help ensure accurate timekeeping data coordinate drug screens and support policy updates
- Technology & Learning: Use and learn key HR systems software tools and tech platforms used across the field
- Confidentiality & Communication: Handle sensitive information professionally and interact with staff across the organization with integrity and care

- High school diploma required; additional HR or administrative experience is a big plus
- A genuine interest in Human Resources and a willingness to learn and grow
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and basic office practices

- Able to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with others
