Job Description
Seeking a reliable and skilled Part-time Maintenance Professional for a well-maintained manufactured home community in Lima OH. This is the perfect opportunity for a talented self-starter who enjoys daily variety mostly outdoor work and takes pride in doing a job well. The ideal applicant will have experience performing mowing landscaping and general home maintenance. Home rehab experience is a plus. Our company has a high employee retention rate and offers excellent job incentives including time flexibility. We will check the work history and references.
- General lawn mowing and maintenance
- Light construction
- Trimming and edging grounds
- Snow removal
- General cleanup of grounds
- Minor HVAC
- Light electrical
- Light plumbing
- Light painting and carpentry
- Miscellaneous general maintenance duties as assigned by the community manager
- Physical demands include bending pushing/pulling lifting/carrying 50 lbs
- Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks
- Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made
- Stellar communication skills attention to detail and work ethic
- 2 years of maintenance experience
