Description of the role:
As an Automotive Service Writer at James Chevrolet in Johnstown NY you will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle service needs and ensuring a smooth communication process between customers and the service department.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to understand their service requirements
- Provide estimates for service costs
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
