Job Description

Description of the role:

As an Automotive Service Writer at James Chevrolet in Johnstown NY you will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle service needs and ensuring a smooth communication process between customers and the service department.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers to understand their service requirements
  • Provide estimates for service costs
  • Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
  • Communicate effectively with the service department to ensure timely completion of work
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
