Job Description

The primary role of the Nursing Recruiter is to identify and hire top nursing talent to support our growing clinical pediatric team. While the primary focus will be on recruiting RNs LVNs and other nursing roles this role also involves collaboration on hiring needs across therapy and ABA services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute strategic recruitment plans for nursing positions ensuring alignment with organizational hiring goals.
  • Source screen and engage qualified nursing professionals through job boards professional networks and other resources.
  • Support recruiting efforts in other clinical areas such as ABA (BCBA RBT) and therapy (OT PT ST) as needed.
  • Maintain and track recruiting data metrics and reports (including time-to-fill candidate pipeline and hiring success).
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and clinicians.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and maintain a high standard of candidate experience.
  • Manage job postings across multiple platforms to ensure they reflect our brand and mission.
  • Partner with HR and marketing to execute employer branding strategies and recruitment campaigns.
  • Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Ensure compliance with recruiting policies confidentiality standards and budget guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
