Pay:

  • $35/ Hr with overtime available
  • 2K sign-on bonus


Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to assess and plan resident care.
  • Monitor and report changes in resident conditions.
  • Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and their families.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences.
  • Undergo paid in house MAP certification training for a day

Requirements:

  • Current and valid LPN license in Massachusetts.
  • Ability to pass Cori fingerprint DPPC and drug screening
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • BLS certification
  • Up-to-date immunizations (covid vaccine is not required)
