Overview
Position:Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - COTA
Location:1498 North Broadway GreenvilleOhio45331
Schedule: Monday/Wednesday (8am-6pm) Tuesday/Thursday (8am-4pm) Friday (8am-2pm)
Compensation: Starting at $24/hr commensurate with excperience
Incentives: Student Debt Benefit (up to $200 monthly tuition assistance)
Our NovaCare Rehabilitation outpatient center is seeking a licensed COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) to provide quality patient care. Responsibilities
- Detail-Oriented: Observe note and report on the progress of long and short-term treatment goals and ensure proper documentation of patient care.
- Education: Teach patients new ways of approaching tasks and how to break down activities into achievable components.
- High Standard of Care: Maintain professional standards through compliance with quality assurance policies/procedures and applicable regulations and corporate policies
- Personalized Treatment: Under the direction of a licensed occupational therapist optimize patients functional abilities and skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an ACOTA accredited occupational therapy assistant (OTA) program
- State COTA license (or license eligible)
- CPR certification
- Valid state drivers license
