Job Description
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this position is $102400 - $156000 (Annual Rate).

- Previous experience developing and launching new complex initiatives for a large organization
- Previous experience with Executive Level administrative support including the management of multiple projects
- Strong policy analysis techniques

The UCSF Workforce Development Department is part of the larger UCSF Learning & Organization Development Department which oversees the creation and implementation of learning solutions for all UCSF teammates managers and executives as well some faculty who perform operational roles or impact operational processes. The purpose of the L&OD department is to lead talent development strategies which inspire professional excellence and attract develop and retain outstanding & diverse people who together advance health worldwide.
The key services that L&OD provides to individual learners departments and organizations executives are:
- Workforce Development
- Organization development effectiveness and change management
- Learning Management System Administration
- E-Course development
- Staff Engagement Resources
- Staff and leadership development
