Job Description

The Strategic Transformation Office (STO) Support Office is responsible for building and maintaining a highly effective and efficient STO support structure that enables Project Managers to focus on high-value work by reducing time spent on low-value tasks. We achieve this through automation simplification and optimization of internal STO processes.
As a Portfolio Analyst you will support the execution of key strategic initiatives including Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Capital Expenditures (CapEx) and organizational transformations. Your role will be central to:
  • Improving project governance
  • Managing and analyzing portfolio data
  • Delivering actionable insights to senior management through business analytics

Key Responsibilities
  • Governance & Framework Enhancement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of project and portfolio management governance frameworks processes and tools to ensure alignment with organizational strategy.
  • Portfolio Data Management & Reporting: Maintain and analyze Strategic Transformation Office (STO) portfolio data; generate actionable reports and dashboards for team members and senior leadership.
  • Power Platform Development: Collaborate on the design and enhancement of process management tools using Microsoft Power BI Power Apps Power Automate MS Teams SharePoint Dataverse and Report Builder to streamline project management processes.
  • Knowledge Sharing & Training: Facilitate workshops and training sessions; develop comprehensive training materials to promote best practices and knowledge transfer within the team.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage enterprise portfolio data to uncover trends generate insights and support data-informed decision-making for continuous improvement.
  • Customer Experience Focus: Enhance internal customer experience by improving access to clear actionable insights on strategic initiatives and project performance.


Core Competencies:
  • Project & Portfolio Management: Familiar with PMO frameworks and methodologies (PMP/PRINCE2) with hands-on experience supporting project governance and/or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Power Platform Development: Proficient inPower BI Power Apps Power Automate andOffice 365tools with experience inSharePointMS Teams andDataversefor low-code development and process automation.
  • Data & Analytics: Skilled indata visualizationrelational databases andperformance reporting. Working knowledge ofSQL DAX Power Query M.
  • Process-Oriented & Innovative: Adept at identifying process improvements managing lessons learned and driving insights through data to enhance project execution and internal customer experience.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience conducting workshops creating training materials and supporting cross-functional teams.
  • Languages: Fluent inEnglish; additional languages are a plus.
