Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Location: Le Boulevardier Restaurant situated in the Hotel Le Germain Montreal
Status: Fulltime or part-time
Reporting to the Food and Beverage Supervisor the breakfast server is in charge of offering exceptional service to our guests (professional welcoming efficient and authentic) during the morning breakfast service (barrestaurant room service and breakfast buffet).

YOUR ROLE
- Greet guests and offer a friendly service
- Serve all food and beverages
- Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations
- Perform related maintenance/cleaning of equipment
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness sanitation and organization of bar-top service areas
- Anticipate guests needs respond promptly and acknowledge guests even when busy
- Ensure that all equipment is stored in the correct manner in line with all food and beverage/conference and banqueting requirements and health & safety legislation.
- All other duties as required
YOUR PROFILE
- Previous serving experience in a bar/restaurant an asset
- Professional enthusiastic energetic a people person
- Able to work and communicate well
- Able to lift up to 50lb reach bend push and stoop
- Able to work in a standing position for up to 6 hours
- Able to work under pressure
