About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citcos core business and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industrys most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
As an intern in our Data Operations team youll gain hands-on experience in financial data management while working alongside experienced professionals. This internship offers exposure to client interactions data processing and essential operational workflows.
Responsibilities
Your Role:
- As an intern in our Data Operations team youll gain hands-on experience in financial data management while working alongside experienced professionals. This internship offers exposure to client interactions data processing and essential operational workflows.
- Learn the fundamentals of data operations and financial data verification
- Assist in processing and validating financial data from multiple sources
- Gain exposure to data management systems and quality control processes
- Support the team in maintaining accurate data records
- Learn to use industry-standard financial software and data tools
- Develop understanding of internal control procedures
- Assist in preparing data quality reports
- Shadow professionals in client communications
- Learn best practices in data operations
Qualifications
About You:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Finance Business Information Systems Computer Science or related field at a Institution
- Strong academic performance and genuine interest in financial data management
- Basic understanding of data processing concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Eager to learn and contribute in a professional environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Assets:
- Knowledge of financial products and hedge fund administration
- Agile project management proficiency
- Strong analytical skills for business requirements and clear documentation
- Experience with user stories acceptance criteria design docs and process flows
- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
- Experience with RPA technologies such as UiPath Automation Anywhere and Power Automate
- Experience with automated testing
