Are you looking for a7:7 DIDO roster with a competitive pay package If youre an experienced Maintenance Supervisor or Leading Hand with a Heavy Diesel (HD) Mechanical background this is your opportunity to take the next step with Emeco working at Burton Mine.

Your Day-to-Day:
- Lead and supervise daily maintenance activities across mobile plant operations
- Coordinate teams and resources to deliver efficient breakdowns diagnostics and preventive maintenance
- Provide hands-on leadership mentoring and support to your crew
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture on site
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align with site and organisational targets
- Ensure maintenance schedules and KPIs are met safely on time and within budget
What Youll Bring:
- Maintenance Supervisor or Leading Hand experience in mining
- Skilled in mobile equipment maintenance diagnostics and repairs
- Trade qualified in Heavy Diesel Mechanics or Fitting (Aus recognised)
- Strong knowledge of maintenance systems reliability and safety legislation
- Proactive leader with team mentoring skills
- Current Australian drivers licence & full working rights
- Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical (or willing to obtain)
Pre-employment checks including a medical assessment drug and alcohol screen and a valid National Police Clearance are required.
