As a Merchandising Associate youll play a key role in ensuring our product data is top quality our supplier experience is seamless and our customers can shop with ease and confidence. Lead and coordinate high-priority projects using internal merchandising tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Product and Marketing to improve product data quality
Execute data-driven projects that improve catalogue performance and uncover operational efficiencies
Contribute to the development of new tools systems and processes to boost team performance
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment keeping communication clear and outcomes on track
Drive tangible results that directly improve the customer and supplier experience
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business eCommerce or a related quantitative field / Or relevant industry work experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
A team-first attitude and enthusiasm for working collaboratively across teams
Strong attention to detail while staying aligned to the bigger picture
A proactive entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for solving problems and improving processes
