We are seeking a highly skilled Test Data Management (TDM) Specialist with a strong background in Delphix data masking and de-identification particularly within the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in synthetic data generation and be capable of aligning test data strategies with product and QA roadmaps. Experience with modern cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:Design and implement TDM strategies using Delphix for data masking de-identification and provisioning of test data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality test data within tight timelines.
Enable synthetic test data generation to support test scenarios where production data is insufficient or restricted.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as HIPAA GDPR etc. through effective data masking techniques.
Optimize and automate test data provisioning processes using scripting languages like Python or .NET (nice to have).
Support integration of TDM capabilities into CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (optional but preferred).
Align TDM efforts with product and QA team roadmaps to ensure timely delivery and effective testing coverage.
5 years of experience with Test Data Management tools and frameworks.
5 years of hands-on experience with Delphix including setup configuration and advanced capabilities.
Strong experience in data de-identification and masking particularly in the healthcare domain (mandatory).
2 years of experience in synthetic data generation.
Experience in Python and/or .NET for automation and data manipulation tasks.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP).
Exposure to CI/CD practices and tools for integrating TDM into DevOps pipelines.
Knowledge of data compliance standards (e.g. HIPAA GDPR).
Work on cutting-edge data privacy initiatives in the healthcare domain.
Collaborate with industry-leading teams to streamline QA and data provisioning.
