You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailInstall configure and manage the RPA platform (Automation Anywhere) including A360 model deployments.
Monitor and manage bot health raise incidents for process failures based on criticality and ensure high availability.
Troubleshoot and resolve RPA environment issues including IQ Bot Bot Insights Active Directory Credential Vaults and third-party application integrations.
Manage users licenses roles and account creation in Control Room.
Coordinate with Automation Anywhere support and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Administer SQL databases related to RPA platforms and perform DB-level troubleshooting.
Work in alignment with ITIL principles across Incident Change Request and Problem Management.
Ensure SLA compliance and contribute to RCA for bot failures.
Support platform hosting upgrades and enhancements in coordination with cloud partners (Azure/GCP/AWS).
Set up and configure bot instances based on Runbooks.
Participate in daily weekly and monthly review meetings to report platform status and performance.
Collaborate with infrastructure cloud hosting and automation platform teams to ensure service continuity.
Propose RPA service improvements and identify triggers and IT challenges impacting business operations.
Minimum 4 5 years of RPA platform administration (preferably Automation Anywhere A360).
Strong experience with virtualization/cloud platforms (Azure/GCP/AWS) in conjunction with RPA.
Solid understanding of ITIL practices and service management principles.
Proficiency in Windows Server (Wintel) administration.
Working knowledge of networking and firewall configurations.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Experience in transformational RPA initiatives and customer solutioning.
Exposure to enterprise security credential management and integration with Active Directory.
