Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and ensure compliance with data privacy standards.
Manage day-to-day HR operations including attendance leave and payroll support.
Support performance appraisal processes and maintain performance records.
Facilitate training development and employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in policy implementation and ensure adherence to company rules and labor laws.
Address employee grievances and escalate issues when needed.
Coordinate with consultants and project teams for HR support across assignments.
Prepare HR reports and analytics for internal reviews.
Manage exit procedures and ensure smooth offboarding.
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
2 4 years of HR experience preferably in the consulting or professional services industry.
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR practices.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
