ICT Project Manager Digital Transformation Canberra Baseline Clearance
ZSoft is seeking a results-driven ICT Project Manager to lead a multi-stream digital transformation program for a government agency based in Canberra. This high-impact role focuses on enhancing internal operations and service delivery through projects such as:
- Records and Information Management (RIM) transformation
- Enhancement of budgeting and financial management tools
- Development of fit-for-purpose databases
You will provide expert leadership manage end-to-end project delivery and collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical records finance and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex ICT and digital transformation projects aligned to strategic goals
- Develop and manage project plans timelines risks budgets and reports
- Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams and drive project outcomes
- Manage vendor engagements and oversee digital procurement activities
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and systems integration
- Support change management and internal communication efforts
What Were Looking For
- Strong experience managing government ICT projects (preferably in the federal sector)
- Technical expertise in contemporary digital solutions and records and information management
- Proven success delivering cross-functional transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities
- Relevant certifications (PMP PRINCE2 Agile) highly desirable
- Previous DEWR work experience is a value ad
- Baseline security clearance (mandatory)
