Senior Intune Application Packager (Baseline Clearance) - Canberra/Melbourne
Technical Skills (Last 5 years):
- 3 years hands-on experience in a similar role
- Proficient in creating and deploying application packages for Windows 10/11 SOE and iPhones
- In-depth knowledge of:
- Intune Autopilot Azure AD / AD
- M365 Windows 10/11 environments
- Windows application packaging
- Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools
- Experience with scripting and automation: BASH Python PowerShell
- Skilled in troubleshooting desktop and mobile packaging issues
- 6 months using ServiceNow for IT Service Management
- Associate-level Microsoft certification
- Current Federal Police Check
- Baseline Security Clearance
- Experience in Linux/Windows system administration and IT infrastructure
- Network device configuration/management (specify devices)
- Other certifications (e.g. Microsoft ITIL network vendor)
- ServiceNow configuration experience
- Experience with automation tools if any
